Friday 5 March 2010: Ready Steady GO

Over the winter I have become even more unfit than I already was,due to wet,then cold,then snow,ice,cold I have only been out for about 10 times since we came back from Scotland in Oct. My Angina is affected by the cold so it means staying indoors.

So this week I purchased an exercise bike so that I can do some thing to improve my fitness no matter what the weather does.

Just hope I dont get bored with it
