I love playing around with photos, and pushing around pixels.

Based in Clackmannanshire, the smallest county in Scotland but the one with the biggest name and whose motto is just perfect for this website: "Look Aboot Ye". With that in mind, I try never to be without some sort of image-capture device these days. My wife, two kids, family, friends, pets and work colleagues are all used to me having some sort of camera on me at all times.

Started this journal as 'something-to-do' during the long summer holidays; stunned at how quickly I got into looking at everything and everyone as a potential blip.

I'd say I'm more competent on the digital processing side - been using Photoshop professionally since version 2 or so - than the actual capturing side of things, but I'm picking up lots of tips and inspiration on here, and hope to share a few of my own.
