This is wonderful - that splash of brilliant red and the contrasts of light and shade. A brilliant shot.

It's just superb habibti! We were a couple of predators today sitting around the corner and on the bench waiting for the right captures, and this is so perfectly toned, you always bring out the mysterious, and the depth of the Ancient walls and walks of Cairo better then anyone else...You dont just shoot a "scene", your process to show a depth others can't achieve, and that's such a talent!!!xxxxx

spotting your pictures on the blip board is always an excitement - and almost a visual shock - you stir unknown places within me, like muscles which are not always in use! and this is a shock for sure - the great expanse of building, full of calm beauty, full of history, full of dignity. And SPLASH - the girl in red and white! Not so subtle, not so full of history, not so full of static calm! Such exciting contrast!
your photos always linger in me long after i've viewed them....

i love red - the colour of passion, danger and lipstick! it should never be overused and its inclusion in this shot as perfect :-)

Lovely. That red's so striking against the shadows and the stone.

I love it. Such a tiny figure compared to the magnificent and huge building. Amazing :)

What an amazing composition -- I absolutely love the contrast of modern and ancient you've framed. And I suppose our how inconsequential we are standing next to such history. It's beautiful.

What an eye catching image - its really made by the touch of colour. To be honest, I'm more interested in the building in the background
