A California transplant who now calls New England home, I started this journal as a distracted hausfrau -- a mostly stay-at-home mom who was looking for a creative outlet beyond Play-Doh, Polly Pockets, and shooting for a local weekly newspaper.

These days, it's a place to record some small snippet from the day that would likely go forgotten as well as to explore a sense of place as a neo-New Englander.


And I really like taking pictures at night.
