Monday 22 September 2008 : It's my blipping Birthday!!!

Drum Roll please...
In celebration of my 100th Blip I'm releasing my letter to Santa early this year. Santa just because you may see a bunch of shoes in my blip doesn't mean I don't need more. Some are worn out.

Dear Santa,

Darling for your convenience I'm releasing my Christmas wish list on the internet so you can check in and look at it in whatever part of the world you are in. I'm also releasing it early this year so we can celebrate before you leave again. You may have to pay the elves OT this year.

1. Macbook
2. One year of the One to One Program/Genius Bar
3. external Hard drive
4. photo editing software (Photoshop)
5. camera filters
6. tripods... the cool small bendy one and a large tall one
7. lenses
8. camera bag
9. camera cleaning kit
10. Bedroom furniture including 2 small matching dressers that doubles as end tables, and 1 large/wide dresser, bench for the end of the bed (from Ethan Allen, Pottery Barn, or West Elm).
11. Expensive silk curtains for my French doors, windows and closets
12. Rectangular dining table and chairs of simple design and beautiful wood (nothing country)
13. Electric wine bottle opener
14. The sold out small tall trench coat from Banana Republic
15. Metal Roof
16. Beautiful black clutch (they can help you at Macy's, Banana Republic, or Nordstrom)
17. set of steak knives
18. modern artsy salt and pepper table top set
19. tea kettle
20. luxurious towel set for the remodeled bathroom
21. new carpet for all bedrooms and living room
22. 2 large flat panel televisions
23. new eye glasses preferably Versace
24. Teeth whitening
25. laser hair removal
26. varicose vein therapy
27. large gold earrings that dangle
28. extensive kitchen/ laundry room/ pantry remodel adding an outdoor shower and raising the ceiling with sky lights
29. A dozen kisses
30. small surprises for my stocking
31. Lots of bubble bath
32. A wine tasting event or even a wine tasting tour (i.e. Biltmore Estates)
33. shopping spree at Denim Bar or size 27 Sling and Stones jeans
34. convert side patio to a small office/library/shipping center with built in cabinets and bookshelves
35. watch Desperate Housewives with me
36. lined jewelry box like the large white one in the pottery barn catalog
37. any large scale mermaid outdoor art
38. Finish the Porsche so we can enter it in the car show next year.
39. A small child or a puppy (retriever or other smart running companion)
40. cool beach Christmas ornaments
41. a neighborhood prize winning exterior Christmas light display
42. For us to finally move in together and work in the same city
43. And if there is any money left... beautiful clothing I'm a 4 in dresses, 4 tall in slacks, small in tops, 34C, dress shoes 9½ running shoes a 10, leather handbags, colorful scarves (to accessorize with, not to warm)


I don't need a new car, any liquor, perfumes, figurines, clocks, lotions, Coach, Dooney and Bourke, or jewelry over $500 (I will lose or break it).

I've been pretty good this year. I know I haven't been a good housekeeper but, I have been cooking more. I've also been less whiney.

I love you. You are my hero and the most amazing man this world has ever seen. You've made all my dreams come true and have spoiled me completely.

P.S. If you are not Santa and you are reading this you should know this is a yearly tradition to give my hubby some ideas as of what to get me for Christmas but it?s also intended to make him laugh. Any gifts I don't see at Christmas time can be distributed throughout the upcoming new year like at New Years, Our Anniversary, Valentine's Day, St.Patrick's Day, Independence Day, My Birthday, my blip birthday or any other gift giving day. Oh yeah, and you get off easy you can just get me gift cards (Santa doesn't get to use this cop out).
