Monday 20 May 2013: The Ark has arrived....
It was the press launch of The Ark today at Eanam Wharf in Blackburn. The artist who designed and created it is Beth Derbyshire, who is on the left of the photo giving a speech about the project.
The Ark is really beautiful up close - it is covered in greenery, and has films featuring the area and local people playing on a loop inside it.
