Aotearoa - New Zealand

A day to remember, our nation came together for two minutes silence at 12.51pm one week since the earthquake struck.

'Assemble as one nation, beneath the southern skies
Towards the distant stars there is hope in our eyes
One land of many people, but our spirit has survived
Even in the face of adversity united we are one.'

First verse of the Poem Aotearoa by Darryn John Murphy
