Linda loves toads

Yes, my wife loves toads. And frogs. Always has. The first toad (or frog) of the spring is quite the exciting time. They seem to like our garden. Lots of shade and the moonlights help draw dinner at night. We mostly get American toads like the one Linda is holding. Sometimes we'll get a different kind, sometimes a Leopard frog will come by or stay a while in the water lily pot. Every spring we'll be serenaded by the toad songs from the creek and pond across the field. About two or three months later some baby toads will be discovered in the garden.
