Part 3 of the commission today:

M'Hencha
Pear and Ameretto
Zucchini and Pecan with Lime Frosting
Coconut and Zucchini
Chocolate Trufflle

However the Chocolate Truffle more than lived up to it's original name of Chocolate Squidge.

Here you have an out-take of the poor cake that was absolutely butchered in the attempt to get a picture perfect slice out of it!

Boy does it taste good though!
