Afternoon clouds

Thought these clouds looked interesting this afternoon. I took this shot out an office window. Yes, I know I blipped clouds yesterday, but I like nature and clouds are always different no matter how many times you blip them. We are supposed to get rain, but none so far. Maybe these are rain clouds!

An explanation - There is something that looks like a scratch on the picture. It is something on the window, not my camera.
