Most definitely guilty.
Not long after taking this shot I discovered the cheeky squirrel had managed to master the 'anti-squirrel baffle' protecting my bird feeders. The peanut holder ended up on the ground and was later rolled all over the terrace in an attempt to extract the nuts.
