Friday 4 March 2011: Nature's Sand Painting

Doesn't mother nature produce the most fantastic pieces of artwork with no apparent effort? I love the patterns that are left behind in the sand when the tide goes out and surface water leaves little trails behind. This pattern reminded me of trees and is much better than anything I could do with a paintbrush.

A dry bright day that has now changed to dull drizzle - hope better things lie ahead for the weekend as I am desperate to get digging in my garden and visit the cliff top birds if time allows.
