Edinburgh Spring

Despite the chill, there is definitely a feeling of Spring out there. And the simple things, like banks of flowers in a city centre park, can lift the spirits. Hopefully the savage cuts in public spending won't see the end of displays like this (or worse still the selling off of such spaces - this park at least should be safe - it is the ordinary local spaces that are more at risk I fear).
