Memory lane

Quick, unexpected trip to Washington, DC for work. I was rather nostalgic on this trip, especially when I took a class at one of my favorite yoga studios, Down Dog. It reminded me of Saturday morning yoga sessions with Melissa Danforth and Rachael Sunbarger, followed by breakfast and coffee at Dean and Deluca. Those are great memories. Melissa is now in Boston and Rachael is in California. Thinking of them reminds me to treasure each moment and each season. Melissa and Rach -- love and miss you!
