Saturday 5 March 2011: A lazy day involving comfort food
After last night's late night (or should that be early morning?), we decided to have a lazy Saturday and not to leave the house.
We were out of bread, so I baked some rye bread rolls, which were delicious with cheese (me) and salmon (hubby).
I then tried a new lentil bake recipe, which we had with a firm favourite - spicy roast potatoes. I never seem to make enough of these, and people often drift into the kitchen with a dirty mug or plate and return with a guilty look and a mouthful of potato. In fact, I might just have to go and get one now...
