Sunday 6 March 2011: Edale from Mam Tor
Jen and I had a great day today. We dropped Pete at his acrobatics workshop in Sheffield and, after heading in the wrong direction down the A57 for some time we eventually parked up in the pretty Derbyshire village of Castleton, a favourite with all the family, and set off on a circular tour which took in Mam Tor and Winnats Pass before enjoying lunch in one of the village cafes.
The paragliders and hang-gliders were out in force on the hill and I must have taken over a hundred blips. I've had to be brutal when culling them and we were still at odds over which one to upload. If you would like to see the rest, they are here!
