Packer #5

According to Wikipedia, Ral Partha Enterprises ended in 2001. That casts my purchase yesterday, of the Ral Partha "Halberdiers," in an interesting light. Packer #5 need not worry now, ten years later, that I will find a problem with the miniatures. I'm sure any job-loss worries have long faded by now.

This was purchased at a hobby store that I am very unhappy to see closing. It has everything that I remember hobby stores having when I was a kid, and so many things that are very hard to find elsewhere. My family and I had a little shopping spree there, glad to pick up a variety of things at significantly-discounted prices, but sad about the reason.
