You might be noticing a pattern emerging, as I was stuck at my desk again for 9 hours today despite my fibromyalgia flaring, my hands feeling like burning balloons and my joints creaking like a robot needing a squirt of WD40.
You've been saved from a rather delightful emergency cat blip of cat number 3 because I thought that the emergency cactus blip probably illustrates better how I'm feeling today - a bit spiky!
