Monday 7 March 2011: The Stolen Columbine
Well, after quite a bit of rain & snow over the weekend, look what's popped up... The Columbine (Aquilegia) is up everywhere. I know some people think it may be a little invasive, but not me. I love it. I even stole some seeds from the columbine that was in a flower bed in town. They would have probably cut the entire plant down and I really liked the color of the flowers that it had. And yes after I planted the seeds it did come up and was just gorgeous. And this is the plant that came from those stolen seeds.
I know I'm just bad. haha stealing seeds in broad daylight... we even had a lookout in case a town official showed up... LOL we were a riot that day
