Looking back

An early walk to just outside the village this morning as I wanted to take some photos looking back towards it. Our house is somewhere behind the bottom church, so not visible from this angle. As you can see, the weather was lovely earlier, but it's now cloudy and grey.

Apparently it's Pancake Day, something we tend to discover by accident living here, so I've made the batter and bought some oranges. Now then (thinking) I wonder if left-over cauliflower cheese is good in pancakes?
