Tuesday 8 March 2011: Is that a pancake, or am ah wrang?

My privileged upbringing tells me that the one on the left is a drop scone and the one on the right a pancake (or crêpe if one happens to be on the continent), but as usual there seems to be some debate around the table tonight.

So world, is the official pancake on the left or the right?
