Now how many cocktails could I make with these?

Another of my bargain bags of fruit, this time limes! Checking back I see I made a lime tart with some from a similar bag!

I always think of limes as sour, but then realise when you cook with them, you need so much less sugar!

These are nestling in one of my favourite hand painted bowls from the 1930s (I think)
