Tuesday 8 March 2011: Peter Jones
Another of London's best kept secrets... the view from Peter Jones' (Kings Road, London SW3) top floor café on a gorgeously bright and sunny almost Spring day. Cheese scone, black americano... then off to West Sussex to deliver radiators to a building site.
Back to London this evening where we discovered a brilliant pub 'The East Hill' (fabulous food and ambience) practically on the doorstep. I'm sure you can only do that in London - live in an area for a few years and then, by accident, discover - a street, a pub, a restaurant, a shop - something that you never knew existed.
A hectic day, but a fun one and a sunny one.
Eeh. Life's not bad! :D
