Aphid on Calendula

A very dull grey day has passed by with very little to report on other than the hours spent watching a couple of council workers take down the top of a very large wind blown and damaged tree that resides on ground opposite to our abode.

This tree was always a source of fascination and discussion by my dear departed father and to watch it being whittled down to a size less likely to cause property damage in the future winter gales was conducive to moodiness.

Thus a very half hearted attempt at finding a worthy blip.......
