Friday 4 March 2011: Lamb salad
Getting a bit stuck for ideas on varying the different ways of serving barbecued meals, I asked Master C to come up with accompaniments for tonight's lamb chops. His reply - carrots, lettuce and potato. We had celery that needed cooking. It seems to me like a cross between a lamb stew and a salad as I boiled the carrot and celery...I just really wanted a warm salad :) Tasted great though.
