Today we made chicken leek and mushroom pies, bread rolls, brioche loaves, chocolate brownies, baileys fudge and Tiramisu. I hadn't made tiramisu for years but it is such and easy dessert to make and totally lovely to eat. I made it with marsala wine. I looked up a couple of recipes and some have Amaretto and some have Marsala. I smelt both and Marsala seemed a nicer or more original flavour. Next time I will use Amaretto and then I'll see which one is nicer. Oh and I did 6 shotglasses with tiramisu for a party on Saturday, they looked really cool and if I don't forget I'll take a pic of them.
