Saturday 12 March 2011: Man
It seems to be business as usual in Tokyo. In my area at least there isn't much damage at all, but I did see a wall facade that had fallen off into the street. The bars and restaurants were busy last night and people were out and about early catching trains, making deliveries, and collecting the rubbish.
We have just found out that rolling blackouts may go into effect either tonight or tomorrow so I best go and make sure the torches work.
