Saturday 12 March 2011: The ups and downs
14 months on from my back operation, things are pretty good with it.
It does however have good days and bad days
And today was a bad day.
Probably the worst.
I suppose everything has to follow a normal distribution
so an 'outlier' was always on it's way
A couple of days and I'll be away again
back on the up.
