Early Morning Walk

Happy St. Patricks Day to anyone who celebrates it! We are in our green shirts today, had green pancakes for breakfast this morning and I have corned beef in the crock pot!! We're not 100% Irish, but I know that we have ancestors from County Clare, Ireland.

It's a beautiful day today...and I even get an extra hour to be out enjoying the nice, sunny weather as Jack has his first day of cooking & crafts class after school. They offer two after-school programs for the pre-schoolers, cooking & crafts and dance. Jack really loves helping me in the kitchen and he was pretty excited because we found out that today they will be making english muffin pizzas!
