Thursday 17 March 2011: Indonesian Style Fishcakes
Mainly tuna and salmon, blended with water, egg and various herbs, spices and vegetables. Deep fried. These are quite spicy and are served with atjar, a kind of sweet and sour shallot and ginger mix with authentic krupuk (prawn crackers) and mizuna leaves. With a lime, chilli and coriander dressing.
Today I have been wondering what it would be like to have my own place...
