Gorgeous Gurnard

Such a pretty fish I think! We'd usually have the fish filleted but the "filleter" at the fish shop was away on holiday so I thought I'd have a try. Oh goodness, so much harder than flat fish. By the time I had finished the 4th one, I was getting the hang of it!
