Saturday 19 March 2011: Rook 'N' Roll

I have this studio in the garden, with a huge window, really it's a bird hide as the birds cannot see me standing there, watching their antics. There were 9 rooks in the garden today & two of them were dancing - seriously - he was feeding her food & every time she swallowed her fill, he danced for her... I've never seen this in rooks, what delightful behaviour! :)
