Sunday 20 March 2011: Spices
These are coriander, cumin, caraway and fennel seed. Spices are very important to me. If there were no spices I would not be here. The Dutch had a roaring spice trade in the 17th century and therefor were in Indonesia. If they hadn't been there I would have never been born. Long live spices!!
