Removed....

In order to preserve the coolingsystem of unit EC20 the inletpipes to the condensers have been removed.
Those things are huge...
That didn't show when they were still in their place but now one can see how big they really are.
In the picture you see the inlet to the waterboxes of the condensers AA and AB.
At the lower sidfe of the picture a part of the musselstrainers can be seen.
Just after these strainers (so above the strainers) you see four pipes which are used to supply sponge balls which are being pushed through the condenserpipes by the seawaterflow of the main coolingwaterpumps, thus cleaning them.

The red sign says it's an enclosed space so when people are inside a watchman has to be there.
Because the system is "open" there is that typical overhaulsmell of an open seawatersystem....
