Bug Hotel

Early morning dog walking is a ritual of mine.

It should provide good blipping opportunities.

But this morning we had no sky, or more properly, no colour at all in the sky. No hanging mist, reddish sun rise or even a bright crisp blue... nothing.

However i had in mind a dead tree which i often pass, with maybe the church in the background. I tried several angles and was not happy with any of them, so i tried focussing on the top and blowing out the sky completely. I know woodpeckers like this tree, but they were not obliging this morning. It is slightly derivative of a friends Bug Hotel from yesterday, but what the hell!

We will have to wait for the whole tree in all its dead glory.
