Eyrie

A couple of people have asked where I stand when I am taking my Bench photos. So today I stood beside the benches, they were full so I couldn't find a seat, and took a photo in the other direction.

There are shops at street level and above them are another row of shops with a galleried walkway, known as The Rows. In this image you can see the Rows at the Cross. I usually stand in front of Powells with Waltons below, both independent jewellery stores. Just round the corner is the site of the old Chester Assay office where Chester silver was stamped.
