Sporty Tuesday

Beautiful sunny day today and I know there are more amazing sunset Blips out there, but I still kinda like this one with Casp in it too.

Came home from work and took the boys a walk - or a swim in Casper's case. I ran about a mile of it - having not ran for about 6 months I felt quite good about that! It was a good warm up to tonights badminton too, very hot and red faced now.

I have definitely earned a glass of wine tonight! In fact we have a bottle of bubbly in the fridge, is it wrong to open that on a school night?!?!?
