Thursday 24 March 2011: Iced butterfies

Butterflies from 2 days ago. So this is the finished version. My icing is not very good and I should ask someone to teach me to get the right consistency etc. I warm up my icing but then it sets too quick. So if anyone has any tips on writing and decorating with icing they wil be glady recieved.

Dinner party tonight with the venison and scallops (not together)!
