Didacticism

This group were being shown the finer points of landscape photography. Standing around with a bunch of other photographers seems to me to be the antithesis of creativity - but that's just me. I'm sure it is fun socially - but perhaps a little stifling. And I can't get my head around using a tripod on a bright sunny day either. There's the scene. Point the camera this way, that way, bracket just in case. Job done. It's only some very stationary hills. But like I say, that's just me. Some might say I don't take it seriously enough. And I don't. It's just a picture of some hills.
