Friday 25 March 2011: Big Day
Some of us jumping for joy. We received our permanent visa to stay in Australia today at 1.06 am. Of course we slept through this important moment and found out at 6.14 am.
That's a big load of my shoulders. Not that we have many doubts, but you never know what can happen. Now I have to get nice little stickers into our passports.
As you can see Tilly is unmoved. She is the only Australian citizen in the family. But another 2 years and we will be able to add another passport to the collection.
Now off to celebrate with a bit of bubbly!
