Sunday 27 March 2011: Bacon sandwich
Very busy day. Only chance to sit down this morning for my breakfast. Shopped for lunch. Couple of friends were coming over and I wanted to make a nice lunch as it will be her 50th next Wednesday. Italian theme, antipasti, cold meats, followed by proscutio wrapped chicken, with roasted mixed veg and sauted potatoes, to finish off a fresh fruit salad.
I am shattered.
