Seedy bar

Bar Sidi (pronounced seedy) in Madrid. It doesn't really stand out in Madrid because of the high number of bars per street and the much higher than average proportion of Jarvis bars to non-Jarvis bars, but in most other cities it would rate high on the Jarvis-o-meter. And it's right in the middle of Malasaña, a tremendous area for bars, so if you can find Bar Sidi you're well on the way to a night of Jarvisness.
