If you haven't heard of Ted.com then I highly recommend you check it out.
If you have a smartphone or tablet then there are some great apps out there to make checking it out even easier.
What it is is a selection of amazing talks from a whole variety of amazing people.
A few weeks ago I was sent this list of the talks which have been discussed the most on common social media.
The one one you see here is top of that list and is a fascinating watch.
