A man (fool) and his chips (money) may very well soon be parted.
No offence to this bloke who was eating his in a very responsible manner ... unlike the couple, the bloke of which was sporting a "Portsmouth FC" sweat-shirt (I say that purely as an unassociated observation), that were trying to hand-feed the gulls. Would have loved to have got a shot off at them of them but was too self-conscious and they were bigger than me (even the missus was bigger than me).
