At the Japanese Restaurant

It was a busy day today. We started at our friend Helene's house helping her set up her first ever computer and get email. It required a call to Comcast after trying all sorts of ways to get connected to the Internet. They were able to fix the problem remotely and we were able to get a Gmail account for her. Our next visit we'll help her get comfortable with emailing her grandchildren. Helene took us out to lunch as thanks for our help.

We zoomed home to meet my two brothers who came to play games and go to dinner together. Dave came up for an MRI and appointment with the orthopedic surgeon to schedule surgery. Turns out that the delay caused by the L&I claim being challenged gave him time to do quite a bit of healing on his own. Four months later the MRI showed quite a bit of improvement so they didn't schedule the surgery after all. He's to wait another month to see if he continues to heal naturally. Got to say, we are tough.

We all went out to dinner at the Tokyo House and had yummy Japanese food. I realized I hadn't blipped yet so I took some photos at the restaurant. This was a case of items they have for sale there.

We ended the evening playing more games. It was a pleasant and busy day.
