Wednesday 30 March 2011: Bath: Here's a few I baked earlier
I spent a wonderfully intense day learning to make croissants at the Bertinet Kitchen in Bath. And yes, I really did make some of these wonderful viennoisserie (technical term!)
I've a whole new way of kneading to perfect let alone attempt some croissants, but I am inspired!
