Friday 1 April 2011: The Main Course!!!!!!!
Blip of the photo I took of the main course at yesterdays lunch.
At first glance surely it is the sweet course!! Pistachio crumble with raspberry banana & grapes on a icing sugar base!!!!!
In fact it is Shoulder of Lamb with a herb crust topping around which are Olives, tomatoe & Celeric puree!!!!!
The plate is frosted!!!
