Saturday 2 April 2011: hmmm...

We had a lovely day. Drove to Sussex, checked on the building progress then walked cross-country to one of our favourite pubs - the Rising Sun in Nutbourne - where we sat in the garden and soaked up the sun and enjoyed lunch and a pint. We walked back the way we came and met four gorgeous tamworths, two snooty alpacas, a ram who fixed us with his rectangular stare and a magnificent cock. And the sun shone all day.

I could've blipped any of the above but this alpaca adopted the most interesting expression for his portrait. I didn't hang around long enough to experiment with depth of focus or different angles... next time.

EDIT: Sorry... swapped it for the pig shot instead! This looks like i've cut the picture in half and joined them together the wrong way!
