Monday 4 April 2011: Wet Trip Home
This morning we left the West Coast of the South Island, and headed back to Christchurch.
Pouring with rain, but we were so thankful for the days of great weather that we had, and the things that we saw.
This is in the Otira Gorge, and the rivers were starting to come up and more waterfalls showing their power.
It was actually dry when we arrived back in Christchurch, but was not long before the rain set in.
I had a lovely visit from my niece and her baby, so that filled in my afternoon.
