Thursday 7 April 2011: Washed UP

The sun has shone all day, but OMG what a lazy wind we have had (goes through you not around you)!!

A few household chores this morning, then met Doug for lunch overlooking Caroline Bay, watched some yachts slicing the water across the bay, two got into trouble and had to be rescued by a motorised boat....would have made a decent enough blip but only my point & shoot with me.

Visited a friend for a coffee then drove through our Scenic Reserve looking for something.....the Pin Oaks are in fine form, the ducks on the lake were also blip worthy, but chose this wayward oak leaf looking a bit bedraggled in the water.

A farewell get together for one of our physio's this evening, a Canadian who filled in for a couple of months - her and her partner are off to Perth on Saturday.

Must push myself into the kitchen and make a Pav Roll to take.
